Ernst & Young (“EY”) Kuwait is delighted to support the Women Mentor Forum Program (“WMF”), which aims to enable women in the private sector to reach leadership positions.

We at EY have been leading successful women development programs for its own female employees as well as supporting women entrepreneurs through the Women Fast forward program and empowering women entrepreneurs through the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ program.

As an Assurance Partner, and leading the Women Fast Forward initiative in MENA, I participated in WMF's Forum 'Up the Ladder" held in November 2016 that aimed at helping young career women to reach executive positions in the private sector. We've witnessed the great impact that the forum has made; and we at EY are keen on taking our relationship further with WMF.

EY is very keen to be one of the knowledge partners of WMF by sharing our knowledge and expertise to help support and guide the WMF in developing the WMF Women Mentorship programs, and help establish certain women development and leadership workshops.
